Resort Rules

What are our Seasons
WINTER Season (19 April – 30 Sep)
SHOULDER Season (8 Feb – 18 Apr & 1 Oct – 23 Dec)
SUMMER Season (10 Jan – 7 Feb )
PREMIUM Season (24 Dec – 9 Jan) Only applies to some accommodation.

Arrival
12pm for camp sites, 2pm for all other accommodation.
Departure
By 10am for camping and accommodation or further charges may apply.
Powered Sites
Campervans/caravans and tents plugging into power can only use an approved and tested ‘camping style’ power cord (with 3 long round pins), at least 10m long, with a safety RCD.
Campervans/Caravans
Must provide own Grey waste container.
Chemical toilets must be emptied in the dump station provided by our Main Entrance.
Parking
No parking of cars, boats or trailers outside of your site boundaries. This includes on the roadside, neighboring sites and ALL green spaces.
Parking is allocated for all accommodation.
Limited storage is available over Peak Season for a nominal fee, otherwise parking is outside of the Resort grounds.
Boat and Trailer Parking
Nominal fee will apply for parking of boats and trailers.
Boat and Jet Ski Fee
Nominal fee will apply for all coming into the Resort for the use of the Boat / Jet Ski wash station over our Peak Season.
Speed
Vehicles to travel at 5 km only at all times. Please be mindful of children.
Behaviour
Reasonable behaviour is expected at all times – loud talking and music, excessive drinking, and loud parties will not be tolerated. Consideration must be shown at all times to other guests. Management reserves the right to cancel a tenancy at any time without refund.
Alcohol
May be consumed on your site or within your unit ONLY.
Quiet time
Quiet time is expected and appreciated between 10:30pm and 7:00am. Please be thoughtful of fellow guests at all times.
Cleaning/Damage
Please notify reception of any breakages or damage to resort property. Management reserves the right to recover cost of damage or where extra cleaning is required.
Facilities and BBQ’s must be left clean and tidy after use.

Children
Parents will be held responsible for their children at all times. Please supervise your children in and around the resort and while they are using facilities.
Bikes
Bike helmets are to be worn at all times by adults and children.
No bikes or Scooters are to be ridden on the deck in front of Reception.
Visitors
All visitors please register at Reception to pay your day visitor fee before accessing the Resort grounds. Management reserves the right to refuse entry when the Resort is full.
Visitors’ vehicles to be left outside the resort grounds.
Please depart by 10pm. Registered guests are responsible for their visitors at all times.
Pets
Sorry no pets are permitted in the resort during our Summer Period. We will accept dogs from 1st May to 30th September and must have approval from Management.
Rubbish
Keep The Coromandel beautiful – please use recycling and rubbish bins around the resort. Rubbish bags are available at reception. Please take your rubbish to the bins on the day of your departure.
The Main Kitchen
Equipped with fridges, freezers microwaves, toasters, electric cooktops, ovens, dish washing sinks, and a water boiler. Rubbish and recycle stations are just outside.
Drinking-Water
Tap water is safe to drink from all the taps here at the Resort.
Ice
Grab your ice supplies from the Reception.
Fish Filleting Station
Congratulations on landing a great catch! Located behind ‘The Main Facilities Hub.
Bathrooms  
The main shower and toilet blocks are clean and centrally located. Showers are free for guests Located ( A and B on the Resort map ).
Laundry Facilities  
Located ( L on the Resort map ) with Maytag coin-operated washing machines / dryers and outdoor clotheslines. Laundry powder and coins are available from reception.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside any Resort buildings or accommodation.
Total Fire Ban – Gas BBQs only on the entire Resort site.

As a last resort, if any of these house rules are breached, you may be asked by Cooks Beach Resort Management to leave the resort without a refund.
